Thursday, October 17, 2013 - Leitz tasting (NU Bistro, Budapest): Now we are talking! Fragrant, delicate, poised, no unperfect details here. Also, no reduction. Flowery, vibrant, utterly refined. Graceful. Just a bit of bitterness at the end. Not that big as the Roseneck or the Schlossberg, but simply finer. I would drink it at this young stage.
