Thursday, August 13, 2020 - Medium lemon in color with a gold /copper hue. Med + aromas of ripe apple, white peach, barely ripe pineapple, toasted almond and wet stone. No perceptible oak. Seems much more youthful than 9 years. Dry, yet fruit forward, with a fair amount of RS. Med + acidity and alcohol (14%). Full-bodied, with an intensely captivating palate, smooth round body and a lingering mineral finish. It changes considerably based upon the serving temperature and is quite versatile with food. Great QPR and very age worthy.
