Friday, February 13, 2015 - Watery edge but quite dark center.

Nose with overripe cherry, cranberry, mushroom, some minerals (stony flinty something!?), iron/rust and a hint of sweet spices.

The palate is dominated by cherries and dark fruit. Tannins a prominent but pleasent.

The wine grew a lot with and hour of air.

Will evolve for some years to come.
