Monday, February 14, 2022 - double decanted for half an hour before dinner. Lovely deep rich colour, fully developed shiraz nose. Plenty of fruit up front that builds in the middle to a very full on, long finish. What an amazing wine. Still going strong at 26 yr old. Sadly my last bottle. Doubtful it will get better, but how much better could this wine get? A seriously great example of McLaren Vale Shiraz...if you can find it...buy it
