Sunday, December 25, 2016 - Drank with beef tenderloin Xmas Day dinner. Fruit and earth on the nose. Balanced palate of fruit, earth, tobacco, and acidity with a lingering finish. There was a little funk when first opened but it mellowed after about 45 minutes.
