Saturday, September 5, 2020 - This note is for my 8/25-26 tasting. Totally agree w/review below by SAS54. Opened very green, bordering on tart. Tannic, but not fruity. But improved on day 2. CCS has never been the Schrader line for me and probably not fair to confirm that with the 2011 vintage but it does.
