Saturday, April 26, 2014 - With Pasta and Vodka pasta sauce, spinach salad.
Opened 30 minutes before pouring, ran through Vinturi.
Nose popped before getting the glass to the now - wonderful and inviting, fruit, pepper.
Clear ruby, no longer opaque.
Smooth, dry, sweet, blackberry, rich, good length. Still growing.
