Monday, December 24, 2018 - Drank out of magnum; decant but tasted at opening. Feels like a really good bottle.

Fresh right from start; young alive slightly tightly wound but fresh red fruit and minerality.

3 hour decant: beautiful nose of plum, eucalyptus, wet tobacco, red currant, hint of anise; great acidity and backbone; well balanced with 30 second plus finish.
