Friday, January 6, 2023 - Still fresh but in a lovely place. There's some nougat, smoky mineral and white peach to the nose. The palate is dense and chewy, with sappy orchard fruit flavours and plenty of almond butter. The finish is laden with chalk and a big squeeze of lemon.
