Saturday, December 30, 2023 - Decanted, drank cooler than room temp but warmer than cellar temp. On the palate it hits all the expected notes, with layers of herbs, bramble, mint and anise/licorice, but (for my taste) lacked a bit of depth and concentration. Overall very pleasant and drinking well currently, 90-92.
