Community Tasting Note

Thursday, December 17, 2020 - Had a couple of old (and I figured “gone”!) bottles laying around, then saw a note (Decanter) suggesting it’s ageworthy. Turns out, yes wow!
Nice color; gold and I think has deepened. Nose has lots of yellow flower, honey, lime and brine. Mouth has sone viscosity and waxiness, almost viognier-like. Long, and crisp. Mouth watering. Drinking great, definitely nowhere near “gone”. (:
Better than I remember this as a “young wine”!
