Sunday, May 23, 2021 - This was the surprise of the night. Color light straw. Youthful and fresh and in better balance than a lot of ‘11 German rieslings. Nose still has that juicy fruit gum aroma and there is still significant RS but the acid is in support and I think that this will progress. Good. As before will serve this with spicy food but will wait another 5 to try again. Thanks Leo!
