Monday, April 12, 2010 - Popped and poured through aerator. Some serious potential in this baby bad boy.
Dark rich notes of cassis, lead pencil, blackberries, black flowers and light spice.
Palate shows more dark fruit. Classic Bordeaux styling with a serious finish.
Still a baby and a bit tightly wound. Needs to add on some weight to show its true self - this could merit a couple more points.
Will set on its side for at least 5 years.
