Sunday, April 14, 2013 - Good QPR overall. Not much on the nose; some herbs and even a little cocoa as it breathed. Lots of red fruit, herbs, and peppers. As it sat out, the medium finish took on undertones of tobacco and minerals. Well balanced, but a little acidic for my tastes. Definitely benefits from 30 minutes in the decanter.
