Saturday, May 20, 2023 - I put a few bottles of this Australian red blend in my cellar years ago. It has matured wonderfully into an excellent full bodied wine with rich fruit and well integrated tannins. We enjoyed it with barbecued tenderloin steak, roasted red potatoes, and tossed green salad with vinaigrette dressing (following the classic French recipe of olive oil, light wine vinegar, minced garlic and shallots, combined with Dijon mustard from France).
