wcf1946 Does not like this wine:

Saturday, October 15, 2016 - Very disappointed considering the ratings, and especially the $50 price. Popped poured and tasted first, let it sit in glass several hours next, and decanted several hours for another glass. It never changed. Has an austere unripe fruit flavor, mostly dark cherry and some licorice. Lingering dark cherry cough drop flavor like one of the other posts said, and a little bitterness at the end like another post. High alcohol showed through all tastings. Light tannins and a medium finish.
