Tuesday, April 16, 2013 - As good as fresh Aligoté gets I suppose. Lively with crisp citrusy notes and racy acidity. In my opinion it is best enjoyed with food at the moment as it mellows it somewhat. I had it with pan-fried pollock with butterbeans and some fried vegetables. Very nice!
