Friday, December 24, 2021 - Found this in the back of the cellar during a move. Nose was NOT nice, color is Ruby with a light fading towards the edge.
But…
The flavor was a pleasant surprise: baking spices, sweetness and still a bit of red fruit. Had this waiting on the roast to finish before the 2000 Mouton. Not unhappy.
Btw - pretty sure no one is still drinking this, but had to give it one last shout out.
