Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - Almost very dark. Roasted meat and black pepper on the nose- totally Syrah. Good concentration of tart black and red fruit in a light to medium body. There is no fat on this, it is crisp and firm. Very enjoyable today and probably for many more years.
