Saturday, February 4, 2012 - A bright honey gold. Bright aromas of crème, honeysuckle, and steely mineral stone fruit and citrus. On the palate the wine is creamy with a viscosity more akin to honey and toffee than to rich butter. The acidity is lively and the fruit is very pleasant, with consistent mineral tones. Very balanced, with everything culminating in a pleasant finish---very good to excellent. Went well with my paella.
