Saturday, December 7, 2013 - Medium slightly opaque red, clearing at the rim. Berries, earth, mildly spicy nose. Sour cherries, black cherries, hosin, soil. Wonderfully silky mouth feel. Finishes pretty long for such a young burg with approachable tannin.
Tasted over two days, this got better and better. I've been sick, so withholding a score. So far I'm finding much to like in drinking the '11's young. Also looking forward to trying some PYCM whites. 13%
