Wednesday, May 9, 2012 - On the nose, black fruit, a little anise, and leather. Very flavorful and tannic with rich blueberry and blackberry, plum, and tea. This Bandol is drinking beautifully, given the amount of tannins it could age at least 4 more years. With that said, don't feel guilty enjoying it now!
