Tuesday, July 23, 2019 - Decanted for 30 minutes. A truly resonant burgundy. Beautiful, complex nose - dark red berries give way to leather, mushrooms and an earthy character. Medium body, medium finish, elegant but masculine. Would stand up to heavier protiens easily. Plenty of structure, but refined tannins. A home run.
