Saturday, March 22, 2014 - A private lunch (Restaurant De Librije ***, Zwolle, Netherlands): No sulphur or very low sulphur. Like mountain water steeped in flowers and a hint of nuts; sea breeze, airy and elegant, very individual flavour profile, nice hint of yellow apple, nice intensity; good length.
