Sunday, May 7, 2017 - PNP. Cork perfect. Nose is tight. There is a distinct cider note but maybe peach cider? Never had that but just what I would imagine. Swishing shows this same flavor with a chalkiness and acid that keep it light. Sipping shows richness but the acidity keeps it from being overwhelming. This is compelling wine.
