Sunday, October 22, 2017 - Ripe Shiraz fruit on the nose with the Cabernet tones still shining through. Colour still looks ruby. No hint tawny. There was only light sediment in the bottle. Opened beautify in 5 minutes in decanter and drank over 2 hours with no sign of fading. Still lots of complexity and length. A great wine for its age. Bottle kept well owned since release. Just goes to show you don't need oak to keep a great wine together.
