Thursday, September 29, 2005 - Non US tasting at Palace Kitchen in Seattle; 9/28/2005-9/29/2005 (Palace Kitchen in Seattle): Would have been nice to have decanted this wine- but a very nice wine to finish up with. Peppery nose with some smoky bacon notes. Good texture and depth and still quite a bit of tannic structure. Continued to get better in the glass- try again in a couple of years.
