I suspect there is a fairly high amount of whole clusters, and while the stems seem a bit green/slightly unripe, but they do add a pleasant spice note. Floral and a bit perfumey, with undertones of sweet tart candy and inky anise notes. A bit clunky, but overall well made and easy to drink.
