Wednesday, March 10, 2010 - Slight seepage on the cork. Brillant red. Compost and cinnamon. Somewhat volatile. Sense of dry extract in the mouth has gone very secondary as far as aroma and flavor. Admirable texture and softness. elements of dried flowers are alluring.
