Thursday, December 5, 2019 - PnP. Medium red. Lovely fresh nose of fraises des bois, raspberry, blackberry; quite ripe but balanced. Medium weight on the palate with a "goes down like water" quality, echoing the fruit on the nose. Completed resolved tannins on the finish which not intense but long and subtle. At peak and quite remarkable given the challenges of the vintage. Seems closer to an RRV Pinot than Sonoma Coast given the exquisite fruit.
