Thursday, February 22, 2024 - By the glass. With thirty years on, time to beat those on the right bank from a tremendously uneven vintage. All bottles open six hours before tasting. Fully ready, surely peaking at the moment, a delicious mix of spicy notes and sweet fruit on the nose. On the palate it is more discreet, balanced but short and without any tension. Abrupt finish. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Por copas. Con treinta años encima, hora de dar una batida a los de la margen derecha en una añada tremendamente desigual. Todas las botellas abiertas seis horas antes de la cata. Totalmente preparado, seguramente en momento álgido, una deliciosa mezcla de notas especiadas y de fruta dulce en nariz. Al paladar es más discreto, equilibrado aunque corto y sin tensión alguna. Final abrupto. Retrogusto ligeramente amargo.
