Thursday, November 22, 2007 - Had as first wine with Thanksgiving dinner. Not easy to make mental notes during a busy holiday dinner. Red fruit holding nicely with a nice light touch of oak and good acidity. This wine should drink nicely for several more years but certainly ready now.
