Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - Deep ruby color. Aromas and flavors of black cherry, dark berry, earth, truffle, smoke. A little fizzy on the palate initially. Medium+ body and acidity, medium alcohol, medium tannins than build over time. Fairly long finish of black cherry, earth, and soft tannins. The building tannins and black cherry finish make this a memorable Bojo.
