Friday, December 5, 2008 - Cabbagey and cheesey on the nose, and just slightly raisined. But there's also a freshness and a subtle perfume to it too. There's lots of acidity on the palate that gives it a lovely and unexpected freshness. This is lovely, clean and balanced. A gorgeous wine that you could drink with anything.
