Monday, March 12, 2018 - Wow, what a difference from my previous bottle. Pop and pour, and this bottle was perfectly mature, if a bit primary still. Beautiful nose with a mix of black and red fruit and a touch of oak spice. On the palate, good acidity, and crushed raspberry, cinnamon, dark earth. Thr finish is very juicy with largely attenuated tannin, and fine pepper. In fact, just a dusting of very fine tannin remains....Just excellent at this stage.
