Monday, March 29, 2021 - Ruby, with light bricking. Deep, complex aromas of barnyard and light funk. Dark savory fruit, with tertiary flavors developing. Lovely finish, excellent acidity. Extremely enjoyable, and in light of some of the notes below, surprising so, over three nights — gaining on the second, but then turning slightly hot at the very end. Very happy to have one more, which we will try to hold four at least three or four years.
