Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Deep dark french-oaked Rioja. Could do with a little more vitality, veers pretty close to over-ripeness, the alcohol isn't obtrusive, it's just that it hints it might turn prune-like.

I'd drink now to be on the safe side.

13.5% ABV. Sealed with cork of course.

    I like that "safe side" but I think this is going to be a long distance runner.
    In my humble opinion if you want to appreciate its qualities the only thing we can do is to wait, giving time, at least fifteen years.
    I bought half case directly from the winery and I shall start it on 2020 :-)
