Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Tasted great. Mellow tannic with notes of currant and subtle fruit and spice. Almost thought we were drinking a French Bordeaux. I've heard people report a big finish but that was not the case here. Paired well with steak (of course). Opened for an hour then decanted.
