Saturday, March 14, 2015 - - Slow forming legs and aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and cedar. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of phenolic, strawberry and cherry with a medium body. Narrow texture with a short finish - Drink now. Funky nose until it opened, about 30 minutes. Tart cherry pie nose.
