Wednesday, August 30, 2017 - Still drinking great. Beautifully balanced and harmonious with aromas of acacia, apricot, lemon and oyster shell. Medium bodied on the palate with nice acid, lots of mineral, some refreshing bitter notes and a clean, clean finish. Definitely some sponti funk in here too. Great with a whole roast sea bream and stir fried bok choi. Refined and full of class.
