Sunday, August 16, 2020 - I think we all individually like different things about wine. Some like hedonistic and some don't. This wine is more towards hedonistic and gets better with every sip. It is smooth with velvety tannins and good balance. Chocolate notes mix perfectly with the fruit. Overall great wine. I popped and poured because I didn't have the option to decant. I would think a 1 or 2 hour decant would be about perfect.
