Monday, December 12, 2016 - Notes of apple and, less so, pear on the palate with decent acidity. The oak and while present, is nicely integrated. (My wife, who now avoids/decries too much oak, had no complaints.) I would have liked just a touch more fruit, but overall this was elegant and enjoyable.
