Friday, December 29, 2023 - After a quick 15 minutes decant at Rudy’s Steak House in Salem Oregon the wine was open and ready to paired with a medium Ribeye steak. Full body, plenty of fruits and earthy notes, and the nose is quite expressive with a sensational never ending finish….
