Friday, July 1, 2011 - Waited about one year too long to open. Wine was on the edge of freshness. Although over aged, was still smooth. Taste was that of coffee, pepper and some earthy textures. My wife indicated that there was a hint of vinegar to the bottle - she felt it was past its' due date.
