Saturday, February 4, 2017 - My first time with this member of the Spring Valley family. Being a fan of Frederick, and Urhiah, and just getting to know Catherine, it seemed right to meet the younger generation. And a youthful cab this one is. Medium body, great red fruits, with vanilla and caramel notes. A real crowd pleaser!
