Wednesday, October 22, 2014 - This is a great example of what can be done with California Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. A wonderfully rich and crisp wine with a drenching mouth feel. It has wonderful viscosity, a beautiful golden straw color, and a perfume of fresh apple and peach. a superbly made wine, for sure.
