Thursday, February 13, 2014 - Complex nose of cedar, juniper, and plum interwoven with underbrush. Medium bodied, high acid affair that drops off quickly into a cocoa laced astringent finish. Almost thin on the palate, small berries, cedar and weak tea notes. Hopefully the palate will evolve to deliver more of what the nose promises.
