Saturday, February 22, 2014 - Lean and structured for a PS. Low-key nose; plum, cedar, cocoa, earth. Delicious and fairly complex -- cranberry, raspberry, macerated strawberry, mocha, tea. Modest finish with some lingering flavors. Better with 30+ mins of air. Very good value and a nice change of pace.
