Wednesday, May 6, 2020 - Last of a six pack and the take away is I should definitely have given these more time. Much more depth and complexity than other bottles. Showing mature aromas and very nice weight and mouth feel, where previous bottles had been more linear. Got some strong melon notes with more air. Jonathan wondered if it might be towards the upper RS limit for GGs, but I didn't sense overt sweetness. It did, however, match very nicely with our pork chops, which were rubbed with mustard and curry powder.
