Saturday, July 30, 2011 - Upon opening, no fruit, just smoky flavor and acid. I thought it was over the hill and I was ready to go open something else. Gave it some time, and it opened up a lot. Fruit is there, but it's fading. Still a lot of acid but it's got depth, flavor, and finesse that you don't often see in older Washington wines. Still got a bit of life left it in, but if you have it, drink it now.
